Hello,

I installed the pro-audio package group with jack2, plus the pulseaudio-alsa and pulseaudio-jack packages to make pulseaudio compatible with jack and alsa. However, I went into qjackctl to toggle a few settings, and then everytime I tried to start it after that, even when changing the settings back, I consistently either get this message or get closed out of qjackctl without jack working properly:

I am not sure where the error is in the message, as there are too many lines of a negative nature in there. Additionally, I don't know if there's any S6 or 66 related setting or package I need to modify.
your main issue is
cannot connect to server socket err = no such file or directory
and google is your friend: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=147527, https://askubuntu.com/questions/224151/jack-server-could-not-be-started-when-using-qjackctl/935564
about the libffado.so.2 error just install the libffado package.
Well, I solved the problem in a very roundabout way. I reinstalled the whole OS and added the relevant 66serv affiliated sound packages for alsa, jack and pulseaudio as well as installing linux-headers which wasn't installed for some reason. It was only the linux-api-headers which were installed, and I only realised that because it was causing issues with an unrelated package (one of the digimend packages in the AUR).

Unless... something I listed is systemd dependent?
