Hello,
I landed here searching for a new home OS after stints with AVL and Fedora and Artix. I'm primarily interested in using Linux for Audio Recording/Engineering/Production and have repeatedly found myself trying to lean out the distributions I've tried that were ostensibly geared toward multimedia. I primarily use 4 pieces of software and a very small stable of plugins, so, what I'm looking for is something elegant and simple that just works. I'm also looking for something, ironically, that supports a workflow that parallels the analog studio world where each piece of equipment is very specialized, powerful and discreet. Because those ends appear to tie in with the UNIX philosophy, it seems like Arch, using S6 & 66 and eschewing systemd, would be a natural fit. At any rate, I'm excited to dive in.
Rob
