Correction, Don't buy recent intel cards, libreboot is limited to mostly older intel chips and this will not prevent me from buying a libreboot laptop. Which aren't affected except by the FUD on reddit. However, other than FUD and paranoia, I would much rather prefer an arm mini board or RISC-V.

Besides, trusting trust is pointless, irrational and proves nothing. Please see The Ken Thompson Hack on how any software can be 'backdoored' http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?TheKenThompsonHack
what truly matters is the code, how its works, the extent an end user understands the program and is able to modify it to ones own needs and wants. Or if you were truly paranoid, get a PDP-10 from a museum and a ham radio

What if somebody gave me laptop with intel cpu and i am poor can't afford another one + i have camera and take lots of pics + record movies and learn linux too, does this mean i should sell this model or throw it to scrpa i don't think so :(
I would like to see ARM rise to mainstream desktop though :3
jean-michel work on ARM...
Well i have got some 16GB pen stick and 32gb SD card that i use for my camera... I already had idea to delete photos from the laptop and put them on both of them so intel can't send my photos online to somewhere
