Also /dev/sda is not mounted but gvfsd-fuse /run/user/1000/gvfs entry is always open in Spacefm. I do not remember having noticed it before.

Looks like you will either have to downgrade libressl to previous version or update openntpd package to arch community repo version to clear the libtls.so.20 error. I forgot I did this, I shouldve posted an update warning.

Why does 66 not find it?
The 66 service file for openntpd looks for the conf file in conf_dir=!/etc/openntpd... I guess you could manually change it to look for the conf file in !/etc
Made mkinicpio (do not really know why...)
Copied .conf in the right place and initialized again but without success...
The good news is that wpa_supplicant works now...

Good to hear that wpa_supplicant issue seems fixed...

Your openntpd seems to spawn a different 1st error now. I think it indicates that a server is unnacceptable for some reason. Try:

removing the 5 from the end of your cloudfare address

or removing the arch&or cloudfare server/s addresses & replacing them with one that you can find here: https://www.pool.ntp.org/en/

or just remove those two&see if it still throws the error.
Changed servers, removed -s option, checked the presence of the file: i have a /etc/ntpd.conf and a /etc/openntpd.conf!
