This problem applies to both the AppImage and the AUR built package (session-desktop-bin).

When the messenger is launched from a terminal, I can see that there is an issue connecting to the seed node.

I have no issues with the AppImage on Puppy nor Antix.

Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.
