Following the recent Arch update of procps-ng, the Obarun version has split off the older library into libprocps.
While few packages explicitly require this older library, there are plenty of packages that have yet to be rebuilt against the updated version of procps-ng. So if you find something breaking, you may need to explictly install Obarun's libprocps. A simple
