Request: Use semantic versioning for 66, oblibs, etc..

After the good news of adding 66 and oblibs to alpine, I've realised I can't add the projects to anitya to track new versions because the current versions use a unique versioning scheme from semantic versioning.

It would be nice if you moved from semver, and removed the last point (0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.1).

Okay, I'll try adding 66 as using the RPM versioning scheme instead of semver.

Also, it would be nice if you could update the following links to point to the latest versions if possible:

This used to be the case before, but now it seems broken and we must specify the specific version. I've already used the first link for alpine and updating it is a bit cumbersome.
