ncmprhnsbl for me, it's four times for both ttys ('spamming' meaning extra login prompts) seems to have appeared since the last 66 update (0.8.2.2-1) (and/or other s6 things)
nfg I found this github issue with util-linux 2.42 that might be related: https://github.com/util-linux/util-linux/issues/4306 You could try downgrading to 2.41.3 (or removing \t from /etc/issue as per the linked issue?).
Wat-now Can confirm, even happens on the iso. I thought it was about 3 times "excessively refreshed" for me
