Icecat replaces now netsurf, time to make a little promotion for this beautiful browser.

New features :
- s6 is now available for plasma and xfce4
- s6.local/rc.local is used to start the command : pacopts applytmp.
- Pacman configuration file was changed to follow the change about applytmp and the change about the name of obarun-testing repo.
- Three new file about package list were added : repo_runit/repo_s6, this file replace repo_boot, repo_services containing the list of the packages service needed, repo_desktop containing the list of packages especialy for the desktop chosen

note : plasma come without any kde applications on it. The applications installed are the same as openbox/s6.
