I work for a while under vdev software provide by https://github.com/jcnelson/vdev for a replacement of udev before it's too late.

Well the soft is under development and my pkgbuild too. Anyway if you want to test it and make a feedback, you're welcome. you can find the last pkgbuild here : https://github.com/Obarun/obarun-pkgbuild/tree/master/vdev-obarun.

not for the moment. i have now mouse and keyboard working on X server, but i have already trouble for hotplug and hook construction and implementation PID 1 init. Working in progress.
i will signal on the forum when is ready.
