Wiki is a good source of information. And everyone can make it better. In my view, the forum is a right place for general discussions, but the wiki is a right place for general instructions or how-to. But what is a general procedure to add / edit an article for the wiki? I would suggest placing it on the wiki itself, so anyone may write a draft for a new article or a new edition for old one.

you should have access to the wiki, just log on it. You should be able to create a new page.
I use dokuwiki, you can find a lot of information about it on the net to know how to create a page, the syntax to use and so on.
For the moment, everyone who wants to create a page need to pass by me. For the moment I will not leave the wiki free. From the beginning of obarun, i saw a lot of people telling me that he will help me ... but concretly..... they start the things and they give up in the middle... so
I hope that my point of view is understood

That's ok. The point is that this procedure is clear to everyone willing to contribute, with understanding that contribution even may not be accepted.
