dbus-user no longer exists
The new dbus service is called dbus-session-@ but how do you enable it?
I see it enabled in live (08132019) but on the installation I can't figure out the spelling of it.
dbus-session-@ comes from dbus-66serv package. Enable it as any instance service 
$ 66-enable dbus-sesssion-@ oblive
Also, jean-michel point me out that the name of instance service after the enable process is not clear enough. I think he rights. This behavior will change at the next release.
