Do you mean the suspend/resume? I was not sure about that so I did a research and I found a thread from 2015 with a link to the kde bugs report.

Hahaha yeah I've read those...endless bashing ping pong. True enough it was upower dropping support and it was only suspend/resume that came back with pm-utils. Eric's dbus worked just fine for shutdown/reboot
