Based on recommendations from @ fungalnet, I am here to test, bend, fold, spindle & stress Obarun. My goal is to see if I can build a highly functional bspwm desktop. My first step is to get the Obarun install to work for me. I've only tried 4 times.... I do not give up easily. ;)
From the "ether" to Obarun....

Hello manyroads ,
and welcome aboard the Obarun. :)
Don't give up. I started 16 years ago as a noob, really. Sometimes that was arduous, and still it's difficult with my new challenges, but I don't give up.

I understand. As a nearly, really old guy, I've been doing software since dirt was young... 1974. ;) I have been a Linux user since before 1999. Most recently with manjaro, MX and antiX. I really look forward to working with this distro and its many interesting features.
I think I read your other thread before this one.
There is this other option of installing the system just like it is on the live system without even a network connection, then boot and install what you like, update, upgrade, etc. I've never used bspwm I think I will try it.
