added Pale Moon browser to obcommunity

Just wanted to say that I'm maintaining this browser, it's the binary version, so very fast to install, and comes with no tracking and spying by design. I have tested the install and it builds fine, I suggest giving it a try.

i noticed because i already had it from the AUR ;)
i'm getting this with community/palemoon-bin:

ncmprhnsbl yes, but this package is more up to date compared to AUR :D Hum unfortunately I can't reproduce the issue on my side..have you tried to update the obcommunity-keyring?
# pacman -Sy obcommunity-keyring

:p .. had to install obcommunity-keyring and in order to do so, temporarily set siglevel=never for obcommunity to get around the same import key error..
