for me, it is automatically shown immediately above the posting box. (perhaps i have a setting set for this?)
also, the "eye" icon button left-most (just right of "post reply" ) is the preview button.

Note: s6 is not a service manager, it's a service supervisor. 66 or s6-rc are service manager.
