Wat-now It would be great to have one version of kwin-x11 (lite or regular) for KDE Plasma desktop completion and further experimentation. Xlibre packages are allegedly compatible with regular kwin-x11, so for the sake of lower maintenance load, I assume it would be a better option to compile regular kwin-x11, see how it goes with the rest of KDE Plasma packages and then, assess the convience of dealing with multiple versions of kwin-x11. After reading on its documentation, kwin-x11-lite looks promising on regards incorporating kwin-wayland features not longer present on kwin-x11; however, that may render it more unstable at some point in the future.
FYI, Xlibre packages work without a hitch on my old rig, even though I am not able to apply much of the recommended tips and tricks to improve X11 experience on my cheap intel GPU. Many thanks for your time and efforts bringing Xlibre and other interesting binaries to the obcommunity repo; much appreciated.
Note: Kinfocenter is now showing a systemd dependency. Not a biggie for me to just not use it on my current tinkering installation, but other users might think otherwise.
